We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the bustling market area. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from shops and eateries to popular attractions. We also loved how the hotel provided excellent room service, ensuring that all our needs were met. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee makers, and free Wi-Fi, making us feel right at home. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Despite the many positives, there were a few areas for improvement. The infrastructure of the rooms could be better, as we experienced a leakage issue in the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop to our time in Darjeeling. The dining options were impressive, with a good variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The breakfast each morning was top-notch, and we were particularly impressed with the humble and attentive staff, especially Shweta, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home. we would definitely recommend giving this hotel a try when visiting Darjeeling. In terms of value for money, it exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable experience.

The hotel is located very close to the main town area and the Chawk Bazar market, which is great for shopping and exploring. The rooms are cozy and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the surroundings. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with hot water available all the time. The staff members are accommodating and courteous, and the breakfast is delicious and varied.

The location can be a bit crowded and noisy at times, which may not be ideal for guests looking for a more peaceful atmosphere.

The worst aspect of our stay was the lack of cleanliness in the corridors and passages. The bathroom had poor ventilation and the entrance was on a narrow, busy road.

Great room size, spacious compared to other hotels in the range. Housekeeping is good. Breakfast had multiple options and the food was delicious.

Pathetic customer service and rooms. Room allocation was an issue, and despite repeated reminders, the TV remote was missing from the room.

The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of the city near the bustling market area. The staff was polite and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast was decent and offered a live counter for food. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the hotel.
